User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data that FocusFlow holds about you, what we delete, and how long it takes. It also serves as our Data Deletion Instructions for the Meta (Facebook) Platform, satisfying Meta’s requirement that apps provide a user-data-deletion method.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email support@focusflowdaily.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” So that we can locate and verify your records, please include the email address (and any other identifier, such as an order number) associated with your account or purchase. We will use this information only to find your data and confirm the request comes from you.

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram login or ad, you may also include the name or handle you used so we can match the advertising and analytics identifiers tied to your activity.

What data is deleted

Once your request is verified, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Account data — your name, login credentials, and any profile information.
• Order & purchase records — order history, shipping and billing details, and customer-support correspondence (subject to the legal-retention exceptions below).
• Contact & profile information — email address, phone number, mailing address, and marketing preferences.
• Analytics & advertising identifiers — pixel, cookie, and advertising identifiers tied to you (for example, Meta Pixel / Conversions API identifiers and similar analytics identifiers), and any associated event data we can link to you.

Timeframe

We process verified deletion requests and delete the associated personal data within 30 days of verifying the request. In some cases we are legally required to retain certain records — for example, transaction and tax records we must keep for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal-compliance purposes. Any such data is kept minimally and only for as long as the law requires, is not used for any other purpose, and is deleted once the retention obligation ends.

Meta / Facebook Platform data deletion

This page satisfies the Meta (Facebook) Platform requirement to provide user-data-deletion instructions and serves as our published Data Deletion Instructions URL. Sending a request to support@focusflowdaily.com as described above will result in deletion of the personal data and advertising/pixel identifiers we hold about you, on the timeframe stated above. If you submit a data-deletion request or callback through Meta, we honor it the same way.
