Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FocusFlow (“FocusFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us. By using our site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

  • Order & account information — your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the items you purchase. This is the information needed to process, fulfill, and support your order.
  • Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers; Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
  • Email address — used to send order confirmations and shipping updates (transactional email) and, if you opt in, occasional marketing email. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
  • Analytics & advertising data — when you browse the site we and our providers collect usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, referring source, and on-page interactions) through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. The tools we use include the Meta Pixel (and Meta’s Conversions API for server-side event matching), GrowthBook (A/B testing and feature experiments), and Microsoft Clarity (aggregate session and heatmap analytics).

Cookies & tracking technologies

We use essential cookies (required for the cart, checkout, and security to work) and analytics/advertising cookies (which help us measure performance and improve the experience). You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and your device’s ad-settings controls. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site functions.

How we use your information

  • To process orders, take payment, ship products, and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional messages (order, shipping, and subscription notices) and, with your consent, marketing.
  • To measure and improve our website, products, and advertising.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the site and your account secure.
  • To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement and audience matching via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS SES) — delivery of transactional and marketing email.
  • GrowthBook — on-site experiment assignment and measurement.
  • Microsoft Clarity — aggregate site analytics.
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners, hosting/CDN providers, and our professional advisors, as needed to operate.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Your privacy rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including certain advertising cookies), and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

EEA / UK residents (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@focusflowdaily.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Data retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 (or under 13 in any case). If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
