These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FocusFlow website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us.

Products, pricing & availability

We try to describe and price our products accurately, but errors can occur. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund (see our Refunds & Returns policy).

Orders & payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and/or ship it. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown at checkout, including taxes and any shipping.

Subscriptions & Subscribe & Save

If you choose a subscription (Subscribe & Save), you authorize recurring charges at the cadence you select (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days) at the then-current subscription price. You are charged when each shipment is prepared, not all upfront. You can pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard before your next renewal. There is no cancellation fee and no “subscription trap.”

Shipping

We offer free US shipping on every order. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Refunds & returns

Our Refunds & Returns policy, including the 60-day money-back guarantee, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Dietary supplement disclaimer

FocusFlow is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make structure/function claims only and comply with FDA labeling rules under DSHEA. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by FocusFlow or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FocusFlow harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
