Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love FocusFlow. If you don’t, getting your money back is simple and honest — no fine print, no runaround.
60-day money-back guarantee
Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied for any reason — including taste — email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll refund your full purchase price. Keep the box. There is no return shipping to pay and nothing to mail back. No “are you sure?” scripts.
To start a refund, email support@focusflowdaily.com with your order number. We typically reply within one business day.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (processed by Stripe). Most refunds post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, so there are no shipping charges to refund. Because our guarantee does not require a return, you keep the product.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed (Subscribe & Save), you can pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged again. If a renewal charges after you intended to cancel, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Orders we can’t fulfill — automatic full refund
We launch products carefully and validate demand before scaling supply. In the rare case we are unable to fulfill an order — for example, a product sells out and is not restocked, or a product line is discontinued or wound down — you will receive a full automatic refund of everything you paid for the unfulfilled item, including any amount charged. You are never charged for product we cannot ship.
If a brand or product is retired while you hold an active subscription or an open order, we cancel the upcoming charges and refund any payment already taken for product not delivered. No action is required on your part, and you can always email us to confirm status.
